The Dance of the Masculine & Feminine.

There is a quiet, powerful transformation that occurs when a man truly takes a woman—and when a woman, in turn, truly takes a man. This is not about dominance or submission, but about presence, acceptance, and the willingness to meet the other fully. In this movement, a man steps into his strength, clarity, and responsibility. He becomes more of a man. A woman softens into her care, intuition, and deep receptivity. She becomes more of a woman.

In this online systemic workshop with Tiziano Sguerso, we will explore these timeless dynamics through the lens of family constellations and systemic wisdom. We’ll look at what opens—and what blocks—the natural flow between the masculine and feminine. You will learn to recognize the difference between entering a relationship rooted in order—where each partner is in their rightful place, and energy flows with ease—and one rooted in disorder, where entanglements, unconscious loyalties, or unresolved histories lead to confusion, struggle, or disconnection.

We will also explore one of the most essential distinctions in systemic work: the difference between child love and adult love. Many of us enter relationships with the heart of a child—longing to be rescued, to be seen, to finally be enough. Though innocent and deeply human, this posture often leads to pain. True intimacy asks for adult love: a grounded, mutual exchange between two whole beings, each taking full responsibility for themselves and for how they love. The masculine offers his masculinity, the feminine offers her femininity—and in that conscious offering, the potential for their highest growth and transformation arises. This dynamic is just as alive in same-sex couples, where the essential polarities seek balance, resonance, and completion, regardless of gender.

This is a space for anyone longing to deepen their connection to love, to life, and to the subtle yet powerful energies that live at the heart of all relationships. You do not need to be in a relationship to participate—only open to meeting yourself and others with honesty, humility, and presence.

Through guided constellations, experiential exercises, and shared reflection, we’ll work with the unseen threads that shape how we show up with the other—and with ourselves.

What is an online systemic workshop?

A systemic online workshop based on Family Constellations is a virtual event designed to explore and address the hidden dynamics within a person’s family system that may be influencing their behavior, relationships, and emotional well-being. Family Constellations, a therapeutic approach developed by Bert Hellinger, involves uncovering and understanding the often unconscious, entangled relationships within families and how these can affect the current generation.

In our systemic online workshop focusing on this method, participants engage in our monthly lecture on different systemic topics and activities facilitated by Tiziano, aimed at revealing these underlying family dynamics.

Our online systemic workshop is recorder through Zoom and available to participate LIVE or watched deferred.

The workshop typically includes:

• Lecture on monthly systemic topic.
• Individual sharing and questions regarding the topic presented.
• Resolutions and movements through exercises and guided constellations.
• Sharing and integration, participants can share their experience and ask clarification if any doubts raised.

Advantages of our online format include the ability to connect with facilitators and participants globally, the convenience of participating from home and watch it at your time of convenience, and sometimes a greater feeling of safety or anonymity that can facilitate openness. However, the effectiveness of online workshops is nothing less than in-person!
